Founder Bio
Dr. Dhana is a dedicated dentist, a passionate yoga therapist, and an inquisitive PhD researcher whose journey is deeply rooted in the exploration of holistic health and wellness. Her unique approach arises from a profound commitment to understanding both medical and yogic sciences and weaving them together to inspire a more conscious, balanced way of living. Through this integration, she aims to enhance individual well-being and contribute meaningfully to the health of society as a whole.

For over nine years, Dr. Dhana has been leading yoga sessions and workshops that extend far beyond physical movement. Her sessions are immersive experiences that delve into the depths of human consciousness, designed to support cognitive function, emotional stability, and overall vitality.
